Half-Baked No More

Baking has been around since the dawn of time. There are pictures of bakeries depicted in ancient Egyptian tombs. Larousse Gastronomique cites the baker as the oldest of the food professions. As long as humans have ground grain into flour, we have been baking.Baking is in my DNA. My grandmothers both baked and my mother provided me with my early training. I remember an elementary school homework
