Stir Fry Sauces recipe

Jumps is an old antique way of baking dishes, which is known to be very fast and easy. As it is fast it is also economical using fuel is concerned. But stir fry dishes have come to popularity because of its ability to keep the flavors of protein and vegetables inside. These flavours merge somehow to bring up this fantastic taste found on Eastern Cuisines. But secretly, Chinese kitchens depend on their recipes for sauces, which is a mixture of several herbs and Oriental sauces that complements any recipe of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to stir. Here are some Chinese recipes for stir fry sauces that you try at home.

1. THE CHINESE PLUM SAUCE:

Ingredients:

3 pounds of plums

2 pounds of fishing

3 red peppers, cut into cubes

4 large cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, minced

4 cups cider vinegar

cups of ½ of water

1/2 cup cooking Sherry

1 teaspoon of soy sauce

1 white 1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground ginger

a tablespoon of pickling salt

1 tablespoon dry mustard powder

a teaspoon of cayenne pepper

a teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon cardamom

PROCEDURE:

Steam and whiten the plums and peaches for about 2 minutes, make only 1 book at a time. Do not overload your pan. The skin and removed the pit.

1/3 cup chicken broth

2 whole anise stars

1 red ½ teaspoon of wine vinegar

a tablespoon of soy sauce

½ teaspoon of salt

teaspoon hoisin sauce

1/8 teaspoon of sauce Tabasco

1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crush them into pieces

¼ TSP pepper

1/8 tsp 5 spice powder

a tablespoon of water with dissolved 2 tsp. cornstarch

PROCEDURE:

Heat the oil in a small saucepan. Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry for about 12 minutes, until this that softened but not brown. In another bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, please save mixture of cornstarch for later. Add them in the Pan and bring to a simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes. Remove star anise. Whisk in the cornstarch mixture and boil for 1 to 2 minutes. Taste and add more Tabasco's desired. It is now ready to fry cook while stirring.
